Read for 15 SDG’ Challenge – Friday, January 27, 2023
On Friday, January 27, the SDG Library is inviting residents throughout SDG to join the ‘Read for 15 SDG’ Challenge. We’d love for you to participate!
The ‘Read for 15 SDG’ Challenge is a fun and easy way to promote literacy in our communities in connection with Family Literacy Day. The challenge encourages everyone to read for 15 minutes on January 27 – read a book, a magazine, an essay, an online article, a blog post, or anything else you like to read.
It's easy to participate, simply:
- Read anything you want - a book, a magazine, an essay, online articles, a blog post, - anything!
- Tell us you read by posting on social media using the hashtag #ReadFor15SDG or email programs@sdglibrary.ca
- Challenge your friends and family to participate too!
Read together or read on your own - just don't forget to read!
At the end of the day, send us a quick email to tell us how many people in your family participated. Emails can be sent to programs@sdglibrary.ca. Together we can show SDG our love for reading! And feel free to share photos of your family reading for us to post on social media!
