A Villainous Murder Mystery!

First time Murder Mystery go-er? No problem! Seasoned pro? Perfect! These fun-filled parties are for everyone looking for an entertaining evening out with the added bonus of acting as someone else!

Winchester Branch will be hosting two parties in our Lounge space using the same storyline, one for teens, and one for adults:

Teen Night will be June 1st from 6:00-7:00.

Adult Night will be June 8th from 6:00-7:00.

Here’s a quick run through of Murder Mystery parties for first timers:

  • Step 1: Register – Contact Winchester Branch at least one week prior to the event to receive your character.
  • Step 2: Get into Character – Create a costume to match your role and come to the party acting like your character!
  • Step 3: Receive your Character Goals – Once you arrive at the party, your character will have people they must talk to, and things they must talk about. This makes chatting with strangers easy and forwards the plot of the mystery!
  • Step 4: Try to identify the murderer – As evidence is revealed and characters converse, try to solve which of them is most likely the killer. Unless you discover it is you, in which case, do your best not to be found-out!

Now that you know the rules, let’s discuss the theme! Winchester Staff have been working hard to create our Murder Mystery party for you which will be centered around: Disney Villains!

To clarify, the cartoon version of these characters (pre-live action re-imaginings.) We have twenty roles created which we will assign to you to forward the night’s plot. Register alone, or with friends, as early as possible to give yourself time to track down or create the perfect evil attire. Did we mention snacks and a prize for one lucky sleuth?

We are so excited to share an evening of evil laughs and preposterous plots with you. Please contact Winchester Branch at least one week prior to the event, to receive your role to be part of the party!
