Exploring my Irish Ancestry – Books set in Ireland

During the pandemic I went down the rabbit hole of family history and genealogy research and decided to do a DNA.  I was surprised to learn that I was 49% Irish.  I had always assumed that I would have Irish ancestry as my mother was born in England with with a French last name I thought my paternal side would be more than the 4% that my latest results indicate.   I don't think DNA has much to do with reading interests but I've always loved novels set in Ireland.  I enjoy the humour, landscape, the social struggles and preserverance of the people so I wanted to share some of my favourite author/titles. Books set in Ireland
