MAGNIFICENT MUSEUMS
Feeling curious about the universe? Want to step back in time or explore the wild side of nature? Your library card can unlock passes to a variety of museums in Ottawa.
Ingenium Pass
This pass provides regular free admission for a family of 6 (max. of 2 adults and 4 children) to:
• Canada Agriculture and Food Museum
• Canadian Aviation and Space Museum
• Canada Science and Technology Museum
Please note that this pass is not valid for exhibitions or events that have special admission fees.
Canadian Museum of Nature
This pass provides regular admission for a family of 5 (max. of 3 adults) to the Canadian Museum of Nature.
Canadian Museum of History & Canadian War Museum
This pass provides regular admission for a family of 5 (max. of 2 adults) to the Canadian War Museum and the Museum of History.
National Gallery of Canada (NGC)
This artpass provides one free family admission to the NGC collection only. A family consists of 2 adults and up to 3 youths aged 17 and under. Children 11 and under are free.
Please note, the passes are for regular admissions to the museums - special exhibits and/or activities are not included. Artpass must be exchanged for admission tickets at the box office on the day of the visit. Non-transferable and not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
PARKS PASSES - YOUR TICKET TO SDG’S GREAT OUTDOORS
Wanting trips a little closer to home? Your library card can also give you access to local treasures to explore and discover; hike scenic trails, picnic under the trees, or visit historic sites!
Annual Ontario Parks Pass
Explore provincial parks all year long with the Ontario Parks Pass! Go for a hike, to the beach, for a picnic, drop a fishing line and so much more.
These passes cover the base admission price for 1 vehicle permit and all occupants within, excluding buses. This vehicle is entitled to enter any provincial park subject to park regulations. Valid until posted hours of closing during the operating season.
Upper Canada Village
Family passes include free admission to Upper Canada Village's regular programming only. Each pass admits one family of 5 (2 adults and up to 3 children/youth/students) to free admission to Upper Canada Village's regular programming.
Unlimited admittance to Upper Canada Village day program. May not be used for admittance to special fee-based events, evening programs or venue rental events or activities in which Upper Canada Village has been rented out. Please note: Train rides are available for an additional fee, with tickets sold on-site.
Historic SDG Jail
Each pass admits one family for regular admission (2 adults and 3 youth/children). Open from May 21st to August 24th every Wednesday – Sunday.
Not valid for special events and programs.
